| P.T.F.E. 섬유를 8편 또는 격자편으로 편조한 패킹이다. 내약품, 내식성 등이 극히 우수하므로 패킹에 의한 유체 오염을 피하는 용도에 적합하다. 그러나 P.T.F.E.는 저마찰성이지만 열팽창율이 높고 열전도율이 낮기 때문에 마찰면의 발열이 커서 열부착의 위험성이 있을때는 외부 냉각이 필요하다. 용융알카리, 금속, 고온불소를 제외한 전 산, 알칼리 용제, 회전기기, 왕복동기기, 밸브 등에 사용된다. |
